Refund policy

Customers are welcome to return Honey Active items, provided they have not been worn, are returned in their original packaging and meet the return date requirements.

Defective items will be collected and swapped or refunded at Honey Active's expense. If customers would like to return or swap non-defective items, they need to be returned within 7 days, and both the return and potential delivery of new items will be at the customer's expense.
